Delivering quality products and providing excellent customer service while maintaining a safe, engaging work environment for our employees is critical.RESPONSIBILITIES:Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, or computer-generated reports.Confer with the Operations Manager or other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, or provide technical information.Conduct research that tests or analyzes the feasibility, design, operation, or performance of equipment, components, or systems.Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.Performs preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines.Collaborates with the product manager or the plant engineer regarding new products that will be required.Investigate equipment failures or difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and recommend remedial actions.Develop, coordinate, or monitor all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, or operation of product designsPlease note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
