Fr unser Team Industrial Engineering St. Blasien, im Herzen des Schwarzwalds, suchen wir aktuell

eine/n Industrial Engineer (m/w/d) . Von der Analyse und der Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen bis hin zu verschiedenen Projekten bist du gefragt. Genauer:
Du analysierst Arbeitsablufe und Prozesse und ermittelst Planzeiten und Optimierungspotenziale um unsere Produktion in ihrer Effizienz zu steigern
Du erstellst und pflegst Arbeitsplne fr die Montage und optimierst dabei Arbeitsprozesse und die Arbeitsbedingungen
Du bist idealerweise erfahren im Umgang mit SAP
Du betreust Serienanlufe und arbeitest in interdisziplinren Teams zur Planung und Umsetzung vonArbeitsplatzoptimierungen und Layoutplanungen fr Montagelinien, Montagepltzen und Produktionssttten
Du betreust sowohl selbststndig als auch im Team verschiedene Projekte,teilweise auch in der Rolle alsProjektleiter
Du erfindest, entwickelst und beschaffst Vorrichtungen um unsere Montage sicherer und effizienter zu machen
Dein Profil:
Du suchst eine herausfordernde Rolle in einem global agierenden Unternehmen, und bist motiviert Prozesse und Ablufe zu optimieren? Sehr gut Du passt zu uns
wenn du eine technische Ausbildung inkl. Fortbildung zum Techniker, Meister und/ oder ein technisches Studium absolviert hast
wenn du idealerweise sogar Berufserfahrung aus diesem Bereich mitbringst
wenn du Spa daran hast Ablufe und technische Zusammenhnge zu verstehen und Gefallen daran hast diese stetig zu verbessern
wenn du sowohl selbstndig als auch im Team arbeiten kannst
wenn du eine REFA-Ausbildung hast oder bereits Erfahrungen im Zeitdatenmanagement gesammelt hast
wenn du idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen im Lean Management sammeln konntest
und wenn dich analytisches Denken und eine gewisse Zielstrebigkeit auszeichnen
