Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to join our team and lead all operational efforts. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in sales and operations within a growing brand, with a strong track record of success. They will work closely with the CEO to develop and execute strategies and plans to achieve our specific goals and ideas while also implementing systems for supply chain management, sampling programs, and more. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute operational strategies that support company goals and objectives. Lead and manage all aspects of day-to-day operations for Miracle Milkookies, including supply chain management, inventory control, logistics, and quality assurance. Develop and implement systems and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, including launching retail products and growing our direct-to-consumer customer base. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth and optimization. Lead cross-functional teams to drive projects forward and ensure successful execution. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and pricing. Oversee the development and execution of sampling programs to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. Wear many hats and be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-paced startup environment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred. 5-7 years of experience in sales and operations within a growing brand, preferably in the CPG industry. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of implementing innovative solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proven track record of driving results and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control best practices. Experience launching retail products and growing direct-to-consumer channels is highly desirable. Passion for our mission and commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of moms and families.
