JOB SUMMARY:CNA-certified Transport Drivers provide exceptional personal care for our residents. Responsibilities include transporting residents to and from their appointments and/or activities, assisting residents safely in and out of the vehicle, ensuring the vehicle's interiors and exteriors are maintained in a clean manner, interacting with residents, families, and members of our community in a polite and professional manner. The CNA Transport Driver may also assist with dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, baths/showers, as well as providing basic treatments required and as directed by nursing staff.QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 18 years of ageUnencumbered, state-issued Driver's LicenseHold current CNA certification with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific certificationMust be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodationBENEFITS:Paid Time Off (PTO) & Paid Holidays*Medical, Dental, & Vision Benefits*Flexible Spending Account*Employer Paid Life & AD&D*Supplemental Benefits*Employee Assistance Program401(k)*These benefits are available to full-time employees.
