Responsibilities: Meet and greet visitors when arriving at the Allen DC in a courteous and professional manner. Maintain visitor logbookand visitor badges; ensure needed checks are performed to validate visitors’ identity. Welcome,sign in visitorsand notify internal contacts of their arrival. Assist with local events and any needed arrangements. On a daily basis assign expense account coding to accounts payable invoices. Work to improve the management of accounts payable invoices using the purchase order system. Track regular expenditure costs and report to Management and Business Control at month end. Handle mail distribution for the Allen distribution center Manage and distribute all non-automated reports and charts as needed. Manage data input for warehouse leadership including the handling of documentation for indirect purchases. Order/manage office supplies. Coordinate with vendors to ensure break room supplies are maintained and equipment is operating; coordinate in-house lunches as needed. Other duties or projects as assigned. Requirements: 1 year administrative and customer service experience is required. Ability to operate office equipment such as fax, copier, etc. Must have high efficiency level with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint Must have demonstrated attention to details, self- initiative, the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks. Ability to maintain professionalism in dealing with difficult situations is required. Must exhibit a sense of urgency in completion of tasks. Must be able to read and follow procedures.
