Tax Strategy and Planning: Our Tax Specialists focus on developing strategies to minimize clients' future tax liabilities. At Hantz Group, we believe in proactive Tax Planning, necessitating year-round monitoring of clients' tax situations to provide tax projections before final return preparation. Responsibilities: Analyze Tax Liability Prepare Tax Projections File Tax Returns Deliver presentations to clients Develop and maintain client base Market and sell tax plans Attend meetings and education sessions Collaborate with financial professionals Ensure compliance with industry regulations Represent clients to tax authorities Complete assigned tasks Education/Knowledge & Skills: Manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively Demonstrate professional and personal accountability Proficient in Microsoft Office Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1 year of experience in tax return preparation Enrolled Agent or CPA license preferred Obtain Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) Excellent written and verbal communication Highly motivated and self-driven Strong leadership, work ethic, and entrepreneurial spirit Experience with CCH Axcess Software is a plus Eligibility:
