Zur Erweiterung unseres Management-Teams am Standort Frankfurt suchen wir einen engagierten Associate Director (m/w/d): Sie übernehmen die strategische Beratung von Bauprojekten unserer namenhaften Kundenaus demBereich Office & Retail. Bereits in der Konzeptphase bringen Sie umfangreiches Wissen hinsichtlich dererfolgreichen Umsetzung des Gesamtkonzeptes mit und tragen zur Gestaltung des Projekt Set-ups bei. Sie verantworten zusammen mit Ihrem Teamdie Projektsteuerung für komplexe Hochbauprojekte unter Sicherstellung unseres hohen Qualitäts- und Dienstleistungsstandards. Zu Ihrem Tätigkeitsfeld gehört die aktive Weiterverfolgung der bereits bestehenden Kontakte und Geschäftsmöglichkeitensowie der Ausbau unseres Netzwerkes und die Erschließung neuer Marktsegmente. Sie identifizierenneueGeschäftsmöglichkeiten und führen die Beauftragung von Projekten u.a. durch Vorbereitung von Präqualifikationen und Angeboten herbei. Ihnen obliegt die Mitarbeiterauswahl, dieMitarbeiterführung sowie die Mitarbeitereintwicklung. Sie haben ihrtechnisches Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur o.ä. erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Sie verfügen über min. 10JahreBerufserfahrung im Projektmanagementfür Bauprojekte sowie über einschlägige Erfahrungen mit Hochbauprojekten aus dem Bereich Office & Retail. Sie kennen den Frankfurter Markt und bringenErfahrungen im Bereich Business Development mit. Sie haben Erfahrungen in moderner Mitarbeiterführung. Sie überzeugen durchhervorragenden Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in deutscherSprache mit und Ihre Motivation,Leitungsaufgaben zu übernehmen.
