Dairy Program Analyst

As a Dairy Program Analyst with AgSource, you will provide technical support for AgSource Dairy Herd Improvement services. Your knowledge and experience in SQL, testing, and troubleshooting will help to identify variances in data and allow better insight and decision-making for our farmers and producers. You will assist in answering questions, looking up records, correcting data, and providing accurate information to industry stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answering incoming phone calls to assist in solving problems or answering questions
Testing, implementation, and use of Dairy Herd Improvement information systems
Evaluate and analyze data
Use SQL Server Management Studio to write queries for problem solving and testing
Evaluate, interpret, and transmit data files
REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or GED
College education in Computer Science or Dairy Science is a plus
Familiarity with the dairy industry is highly advantageous
Desire to provide strong customer service
Strong computer skills: Microsoft Products and CRM systems
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented nature
Ability to lift 50 lbs
