What You’ll Do

Identify and pursue state-level government contracts for relief programs, leveraging your understanding of public sector needs and procurement processes to position Promise as a preferred partner.

Oversee all aspects of the contract lifecycle, from negotiation and execution to renewal and compliance, ensuring alignment with government regulations and Promise's strategic goals.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring Promise's solutions are top of mind for addressing public sector challenges.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and legal, to tailor our offerings to meet the specific needs of government contracts and ensure successful implementation.

Contribute to the development of long-term strategies for expanding Promise's footprint in the public sector, including identifying new opportunities for impact through government programs.

Find and guide the response to state-level RFPs.

What Will Enable You

At least 5 years of experience in government contracting, with a strong track record of securing and managing contracts, preferably at the state level and within government relief programs.

Ability to strategize and navigate the complexities of government procurement processes, with a keen understanding of how to align Promise's offerings with public sector needs.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with government stakeholders.

Experience working in cross-functional teams, demonstrating the ability to lead through influence and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with the agility to adjust strategies and approaches as new opportunities and challenges arise.
