The Product Training Specialist will focus on strategizing, creating, and scaling training assets and programs that promote customer loyalty, drive product sales, and support the customer onboarding experience. The ideal candidate is skilled at translating complex topics, curious, and energetic. Responsibilities
LMS (Learning Management System) Maintenance (60%)
Oversee all aspects of the Learning Management System (LMS) platform, including course creation, user uploads, and general upkeep for a growing user base of 7k+ users currently.
Collaborate with internal creative agencies to provide training content briefs and work in partnership to develop engaging training assets and maintain a robust training calendar.
Continuously optimize the LMS platform and training programs to enhance user experience and learning outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and learning management to inform strategy and implementation.
Ensure the highest level of customer support, user experience, and satisfaction with LMS functions and operations
Ability to proofread meticulously to ensure accuracy of content and catch errors effectively.
Customer Rewards Fulfillment (10%)
Work cross functionally to develop branded prizes and update them within the LMS platform, coordinating new prizes when inventory gets low
Assist with rewards fulfillment by working with third-party rewards site organization to ensure accuracy and prompt delivery of rewards to users.
Provide customer support for rewards-related inquiries and issues, ensuring users receive their rewards promptly.
Sales and Customer demos/training (30%)
Manage & maintain the development of customer-facing training materials
Facilitate training demonstrations for current and prospective customers on various platforms, including the Digital Asset Management tool, LMS, customer webstore, and other relevant trainings in support of the sales team.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to tailor demos and training materials to meet specific customer needs
Stay updated with product updates and industry trends to deliver accurate and relevant information during demos and training sessions
Track and report on demo and training session effectiveness, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in marketing, Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, Mass Communications, or related field
5+ years marketing or training experienceor robust background managing and administering Learning Management Systems
Previous experience in telecommunications industry preferred
Familiarity with the Absorb platform preferred
Experience planning educational and training materials preferred
Stellar writing, editing, and communication skills, with creative knack for translating ideas across multiple brands
Previous experience in B2B sales education or product training is preferred.
Excellent project management and organizational skill(Bonus skill if you know how to use Asana)
Ability to function both independently and within a collaborative team setting
Experience working within an LMS, or other educational based platforms a plus
