**GUEST RELATIONS TEAM MEMBER**

**WHAT WE PROVIDE:**

This a position at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, in San Antonio, TX. It features an hourly rate of $11 with perks such as: Free entry to any Six Flags Park for all employees and a guest with each visit, additional complimentary tickets for friends and family, 40% discount of merchandise for all employees, flexible scheduling and daily and weekly pay available.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO:**

The core of everything we do, as a Guest Relations Team Member, youll ensure Six Flags Fiesta Texas guests receive the upmost attention and care to resolve their concerns; while ensuring a fantastic guest experience.

**HOW YOU WILL DO IT:**

* Drive Guest Satisfaction scores Demonstrate a Guest First philosophy by professionally responding and resolving guest concerns

* Accurately process transactions and adhere to all policies and procedures

* Provide general park information to guests

* Apply basic computer skills and familiarity of the Microsoft Windows operating system

* Maintain and provide a safe work environment during all hours of operation

* Process all transactions through a register

* Upsell park product such as Season Passes, VIP Tours and current park promotions

* Utilize Fresh-Desk and address web comments daily

* Ensuring a clean and organized work environment

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED:**

* A friendly and professional attitude

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

* Able to work alongside a highly driven, fast-paced team

* Comfortable operating a register

* Able to multi-task, while maintaining a positive attitude to ensure exceptional guest service

* Willing to cross-train, within the department, to help in other areas and support the park as a whole

* Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

* Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, exposure to various weather conditions et

* At least 18 years old

**OTHER NOTES:**

* All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole
