For more information, please visit solera.com. The Role The Technical Architect drives the overall Salesforce transformation journey bringing industry experience from doing so in previous roles. The SA owns the overall design and manages the engagement to provide technical & analytical expertise, consulting on Salesforce expandable design and guiding on Business Intelligence best practices. Responsible for meeting with business management to determine current concerns for the company and identify how the redesign of Salesforce will solve problems. Responsible for identifying future business needs and preemptively planning for system integrations or changes. Must be prepared to work with leaders, managers, and employees across every business unit. What You’ll Do · Participate in meetings with the department heads to gauge their business’s needs and learn more about factors affecting communication, productivity or employee satisfaction. · Lead brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions for business needs or problems. · Analyze current technologies used within Salesforce and determine ways to improve · Identify areas where Salesforce can support business needs and goals. · Work with business units to develop Salesforce strategies and to improve current Salesforce implementations. · Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives · Work with product and delivery teams to develop scalable solutions. · Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions · Communicate and consult with clients and internal stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions. · Define clear goals for all aspects of a project · Prepare and document testing requirements. What You’ll Bring · Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred · Architecting Salesforce solutions required · Salesforce Data Architecture and Management Designer, Sharing and Visibility Designer, Identity and Access Management Designer, Integration Architecture Designer, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer, Heroku Architecture Designer, and Application – System – B2C Solution – Technical Architect certifications a plus · At least 5 years of business experience in architecting enterprise solutions · Identifying, testing and managing risk: Identify and evaluate the risk to eliminate or mitigate · Knowledge of software development process and technical skills · Excellent verbal and written communication skills: must convey technical language to other non-technical stakeholders · Fluency in English, oral and written It is impossible to list every requirement for, or responsibility of, any position.
