Our facility is the only Orange County Community Mental Health Center licensed by the CA Dept of Public Health. To top, we also hold DSS and DHCS licenses to serve Residential Crisis Stabilization, Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient individuals and their families.

In Texas, we hold Joint Commission accreditation and THHS Chemical Dependency license for detoxification and addiction treatment and we treat residential psychiatric needs.

Requirements

AGAIN. This is a customer service position. PAUSE. DO YOU LOVE PEOPLE AND DETAILS?

The role entails empathetic listening, data entry, insurance research, intake, registration, phone calls, email and social media posting.

Do you have:

1. Knowledge of RTC, PHP, IOP and outpatient professional psychiatry?
2. Experience in customer service?
3. A history of being reliable?
4. Ability to follow a system?

Day to day of the role:

-Inbound and Outbound calls

-Care Coordination

-Scheduling

-Verification of benefits

-CRM data entry

-Schedule Encounters to ensure Motivational Interviewing to patient and their family before admission

-Social Media Content 3x/week

-Logistics communication

-Documentation

-Management of systems

-Explaining insurance coverage

-Gather information for the patient and family to make careful healthcare decisions

-Scheduling
