Bilingual Intake Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Intake Specialist will support the attorneys, paralegals, and staff by being the first point of contact to potential clients. The Intake Specialist works in a fast-paced, high volume, collaborative environment and conducts interviews with potential new clients. The intake team is an integral part of our thriving firm and works closely with a variety of practice areas.

POSITION DETAILS

  • Location: Concord, NH (100% onsite)
  • Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
  • Type: Direct Hire / Permanent, Full Time
  • Hourly Pay: $24.00 - $26.00, depending on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to a high volume of live calls and emails from potential new clients daily
  • Managing the potential new client through the entire workflow from first call to assignment and/or decline
  • Accurately recording information received from potential new clients in the database
  • Assuring client confidentiality

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Required to be bilingual in English/Spanish
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a legal or office setting
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic skills and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and data base experience, and a willingness to learn
