**Sovos Brands** is looking for a dynamic, results-oriented **Associate** **Shopper Marketing Manager** to join our small but fast-growing marketing team at Sovos Brands. The role will be located at Sovos Brands headquarters in Louisville, Colorado, close to both Denver and Boulder.

The **Associate Shopper Marketing Manager** will report to the Director of Shopper Marketing and will support across the Sovos portfolio of food brands which includes Raos Homemade, noosa yoghurt, Michael Angelos and Birch Benders. The candidate should be familiar with major customer/retailer shopper programs and passionate about building great, one-of-a-kind brands by connecting with shoppers both in-store and digitally (eCommerce, etc). A successful **Associate Shopper Marketing Manager** will also demonstrate agility in a fast-moving environment and be comfortable collaborating with a variety of stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, and Finance functions to execute plans efficiently & effectively with superior in-market results. We are looking for someone who will be an enthusiastic champion for shopper marketing within the organization and brings passion for turning shopper/retailer insights into best-in-class programs. A high degree of project management and analytical skills coupled with curiosity and willingness to test, learn and share results within the organization is a must.

Specific responsibilities include:

* Recommend, develop and manage retailer-specific and national shopper marketing programs that engage and convert the shopper to deliver on strategic business imperatives. Close collaboration with both Sovos Sales and Brand Marketing counterparts as key stakeholders in translating brand and customer strategy into program design recommendations.

* Collaborate with digital media agency to execute retailer & national eCommerce campaigns (pureplay and on-line grocery). Brief in-house design team to build engaging creative assets, grounded in our national brand campaigns. Stay on the leading edge of unlocking new technologies that drive engagement and conversion through digital and social media channels.

* Coupon Management: Serve as go-to point of contact to lead coupon requests, set-up, and forecasting for all brands, track weekly invoicing & budgets with Finance & Accounting, manage family codes. Recommend & implement coupon best practices in collaboration with our clearinghouse & other partners.

* Analytics/Reporting: Spearhead post-program campaign analyses to share with key stakeholders to inform future plans and tactical choices.

* As a key member of Sovos Center of Excellence (COE), stay abreast of the latest shopper marketing trends to keep Sovos current in our ways of interacting with shoppers & retailers. Meet with new vendors, conduct store checks, share capabilities, news, and learnings/insights at broader team meetings. Attend conferences & trade shows as appropriate.

**Qualifications:**

* BA/BS or equivalent college degree required.

* At least 2 years of prior shopper marketing, retailer marketing, or CPG Sales experience highly desired.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in order to identify opportunities, implement, and assess results / impact.

* Passion for working with consumer brands and inspiring programs that connect Sovos one-of-a-kind brands with shoppers.

* Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs like Excel, Word, Powerpoint.

* Proven track record of excellent communication - written and verbal - skills and organization/project management.

* Agile and adept in working in a fast-paced, changing environment while managing multiple projects & workstreams. Monitor changing shopper attitudes, behaviors and be ready to adapt & pivot.

* Great collaboration and interpersonal skills highly important. Must be a solid team player, yet able to advocate for programs & campaigns you believe are in the best interest for our brands shoppers.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Prior coupon management a plus.

*The targeted budget for this position is $65-75K per year. This compensation budget range may be adjusted at any time at the discretion of the company.*
