Required Experience:

  • Must be willing to work onsite in Suitland, MD
  • 6+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, related degree or an additional two (2) years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in an IT Support environment (hardware, software, cloud), ideally a cybersecurity environment
  • Experience and knowledge to initiate, establish, and maintain methods for controlling the quality and integrity of all systems, processes, and procedures
  • Experience analyzing business processes, systems, and data to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Experience developing and maintaining project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation.

  • Experience maintaining risk management plans.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to thrive in a busy, deadline-driven

atmosphere

  • Strong ability to converse with technical and general audiences

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to all IT customers and develop and maintain all performance dashboards and prepare reports to be submitted to the project team.
  • Analyze all data and project deliverables and ensure adherence to all timeframe and budget requirements.
  • Maintain all work according to program office procedures and policies.
  • Manage and recommend required improvements to all project methodologies.
  • Work closely with technical staff to obtain technical information needed without causing delays in technical support.
  • Assist in closure for all projects and perform required benefit analysis in collaboration with the project team and maintain a record of all IT governance meetings.
  • Maintain all management agreements and prepare reports.
  • Review and monitor all IT programs for program performance and perform regular corporate audits and prepare reports for same.
  • Perform regular project status calls on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Assists in preventive measures and promotes and implements improvement programs.
  • Plans and assesses project audit results and analyses of non-conformities
  • Communicates regularly with numerous stakeholders, both Government and contractor, through regular and ad-hoc meetings
  • Ability to interact with all levels of personnel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and adapt quickly to changing and multiple priorities
  • Energetic and forward-thinking with high ethical standards
