What you will do: Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services. Assist with processes and customer sales questions. Assemble and track customer orders. Manage customer accounts, including: Invoicing Troubleshooting Price books Pre-pays Inventory transfers Compile and maintain a database for inventory records. Ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure all paperwork is in order. Other duties as assigned. What you will bring: High school diploma/GED or equivalent required. 2+ years of relevant experience preferred. Agricultural knowledge and background preferred. The estimated salary range is $19.18 - $30.14 an hour. This range is estimated for a Customer Service Lead in Temecula, CA. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location. We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, life insurance, and disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week. In addition, we have a retirement program that encourages our employees to save for the longer term, with generous matching employer contributions.
