Warranty Coordinator (Temporary Contract) Job Category : Customer Service Requisition Number : WARRA005692 Posted: October 30, 2024 Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $55,000 CAD to $87,500 CAD Locations Showing 1 location The Customer Care Department's primary objective is to serve the Onni homeowners. The department will serve as a contact point for the purchaser to communicate with its developer. The Customer Service team is responsible for the purchaser’s home throughout the warranty period. Because the customer has the last word, Onni's success is virtually based on customer satisfaction. The Warranty Coordinator will be the first point of contact for all purchases for the projects you are assigned to. This role is temporary contract based. Perks and Benefits: Competitive pay & a Comprehensive Benefits Package with multiple options to choose from Health Saving Account, Flexible Saving Account, Employee Assistance Program Generous Referral Program Fun & collaborative company culture with lots of team building events Local discounts to restaurants and businesses Friends and Family rates at our hospitality brands What You Will Do: Be the first point of contact for all purchasers for the project(s) you are assigned to Work in conjunction with the Customer Care Manager and Field Technicians Schedule homeowner Pre-Delivery Inspections and Key Pick-Ups Schedule homeowner Service Requests / Year-Ends Generate deficiency lists based on the purchasers’ findings within the HPO Guidelines Prioritize & manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through to completion Communicate and follow up with the site Customer Care Field Technicians to ensure any deficiencies noted prior and during the service appointment(s) are handled in a timely manner Schedule and coordinate warranty repairs with trades when required Ensure all purchaser expectations are not only met but exceeded with regards to all aspects of their new home Notify the Customer Care Manager and VP of any pending or outstanding deficiencies, homeowner escalated concerns, or emergencies that occur at the project/unit Provide updates to the Customer Care Manager in a timely manner Manage homeowner appointments with Field Technicians appropriately What You Will Bring: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong initiative, and effective communication skills Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM Software, PlanGrid, and Smartsheet Able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to elicit cooperation from a variety of sources, including upper management, trades, and other departments Experience working independently and collaboratively in a team environment Ability to manage expectations while providing a first-class Customer Care experience General understanding of Building Industry Standards and Residential Construction Performance Guidelines (HPO Guidelines) Punctual, personable, and reliable Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure and dynamic environment About the company: The Onni Group is a leading real estate firm based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada with offices in Toronto, Los Angeles, Phoenix, and Chicago.
