Our client, an Elevated Women's Shoe Brand, is seeking Sales Associates to help support their staff in Miami, FL The sales associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. They will assist customers in finding and purchasing products, provide product information, handle transactions, establish and maintain a clientele, educate customers on the brand, and contribute to the overall success of the store. Duties/Responsibilities: · Greet customers as they enter the store and genuinely engage with them. · Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. · Provide accurate and detailed information about products, features, and benefits. · Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner. · Meet or exceed sales goals and targets. · Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives. · Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
