We are looking for a tech-savvy and inquisitive Program Operations Coordinator to join our growing Program Management Team. The Program Operations Coordinator will provide Koddi with support on both internal and external issues to maximize operational efficiency. As Program Operations Coordinator, you will provide our customers and partners with world-class service. You will work closely with all our teams, from client services to engineering, to make sure we are serving our clients effectively.What you will doYou'll follow trends, investigate program opportunities and technical issuesBe in charge of end-user communications and updatesCreate and improve processes to drive program efficiencyJump into end-user education and training as needed to help our clients succeedParticipate in technical tests and feature releasesServe as an end-user advocate and make sure clients needs are being metWork with the Program Manager to plan and document all aspects of the specific programs and projects you are working onAnalyze data and make decisions that positively impact your programWork across teams at Koddi to resolve issues and drive program improvements- be the glue between engineering and client success and get things done for partnersWork closely with the Koddi Ads CS teams and Publisher CS teams as neededEnsure that the scope and direction of each program are on schedule and all stakeholders know the current statusGet to work with a talented team of advertising, data, and technology enthusiastsWhat skills and experience you bringMust be analytical, working with data analytics tools, methodologies, deliverablesMust be able to solve issues independently with limited oversightInquisitive, curious nature to uncover and understand program dynamics and trendsAbility to communicate results, findings, and updates clearly & concisely to publishers & partnersSelf-motivated with high energy, impeccable integrity, and a personable demeanorYou can effectively communicate in an email that informs, solves the problem, and conveys a positive outcomeYou're detail-oriented and organizedYou possess strong creative thinking and problem-solving skillsPreferably, you're experienced with ZenDesk, Salesforce.com, or IntercomProficient in ExcelExcellent customer service skills, and ability to work collaboratively with customers, management, and peersAbility to make independent decisions while considering the impact on both the client's satisfaction and the financial ramifications for the companyYou have entrepreneurial tendencies and the unrelenting need to find a better way to do thingsSelf-motivator with a strong work ethic and the ability to multitaskDesire to be a part of the fast-paced, high-energy, and high-growth companyABOUT KODDIKoddi is a global technology company with software and services that help top digital marketplaces effectively monetize their first-party audiences through industry-leading commerce media technology and strategy.
