Job Description: The Springs Living is currently seeking an Executive Director for one of our beautiful communities in Lake Oswego, OR. The Springs at Carman Oaks offers a warm, comfortable and luxurious setting for our residents. Our community is inviting and our commitment to compassionate quality care is truly distinctive. Because our employees and residents deserve the very best, the right candidate must be nurturing with employees, residents, and families. The Springs at Carman Oaks has 178 beautiful homes, including 145 independent living, 17 assisted living, and 16 memory care apartments for our seniors to live life to its fullest, all overseen by the Executive Director, who will report to the Senior Executive Director.
