CMM Programmer Responsibilities:
This role will report to the Director of Quality and Engineering.
Support operation metrics for Pp and PpK.
Support outgoing quality inspection requirements (end of line inspection).
Develop CMM programs for in process & completed machined parts, molded parts, assemblies and component parts.
Inspection of close tolerance parts in a manufacturing environment, developing programs from blueprints, 3D models and operation sheets.
Participate and assist in problem solving & analysis.
Adheres to all safety policies and practices, consistently uses personal protective equipment, and practices good housekeeping.
Perform other tasks as directed.
CMM Programmer Qualifications:
3+ years of CMM programming experience using PCDMIS software.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Required to be a U.S. Person - meaning U.S. Citizen or Green card holder.
Strong attention to detail.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and ability to create documents, reports and briefing materials in it.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
Demonstrates strong time management skills with the ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects.
Demonstrates a professional and positive attitude as well as passion for continuous improvement.
Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies.
In-depth understanding of technical documentation.
ADA - Essential Function:
Must be able to:
Work an 8-hour shift while performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to handle items; and reach with hands and arms.
The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
Core Hours 7:30am - 4:00pm with overtime opportunities.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary between $28 and $34 per year depending on experience and skills.
