Restaurant Marketing Director

We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Marketing Director to join our team. This individual will work closely with the Executive Director, Brand Experience, to develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing strategy for Chick-fil-A Lenexa and Shawnee Mission. The successful candidate will lead our Sales and Brand Growth team to execute marketing initiatives designed to increase top-line sales and enhance our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing and Direct-to-Consumer Food Rewards: Leverage the Chick-fil-A app for marketing and promotions.
Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, to create opportunities for meaningful guest interactions. Manage social media ads, create engaging content, leverage provided content from Chick-fil-A Inc., and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Limited-Time Offers/Promotions: Develop and implement promotional strategies to boost sales by aligning with local, market, and national strategies.
In-Restaurant/Community Events: Organize and manage events such as Family Nights, Daddy Daughter Date Nights, Hiring Events, and Mobile App Nights.
Sampling: Lead the team to execute in-person sampling efforts across various day parts.
Suggestive Selling: Train and lead the team in personalizing customer orders.
The Cow Mascot: Utilize the cow mascot for community events and brand engagement.
Donation and Sponsorship Strategy: Work with the business development team to lead our donation and sponsorship efforts in the community.
Guest Recovery Processes: Champion guest recovery initiatives, including CARES, Google Reviews, in-person interactions, and the HEARD framework.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent follow-through, and the ability to collaborate effectively. The ideal candidate will represent the Chick-fil-A brand with enthusiasm. While no specific educational background is required, the ability to manage projects, complete tasks efficiently, and focus on the team is essential.
Company Information
In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have.
