As the Manufacturing Team Leader/Production, you will serve as a vital link between the Supervisor, Machinists, and Deburr. Your main objective is to complete customer orders or produce high-quality goods while managing your team to achieve optimal performance based on demand. This includes the allocation of resources to meet production and delivery deadlines while minimizing waste.

Experience Required:

•High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

•Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment required.
•Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Description of Job Duties:

•Manage workflow through the work center to ensure timely completion of customer orders and production of high-quality

goods.
•Continuously improve operations by identifying and implementing process improvements.
•Train and mentor new employees on work rules, safety, and company policies.
•Ensure compliance with work rules, safety regulations, and company policies.
•Serve as a resource for employees on your team, providing guidance and support to ensure on-time delivery and customer
satisfaction.
•Assist the Supervisor in managing the flow of work through the production process.
•Performs additional duties as required by management.
