AR Homes is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in sales with a leader in custom home construction. We are looking for an individual who will support our new home sales team and help us continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in all aspects of the sales process.
- Engage with prospective clients and provide detailed information about our custom and luxury homes.
- Manage and update customer databases.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, organized, and detail-oriented
- Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- A keen interest in custom and luxury homes.
- Experience in retail sales or a construction office is preferred but not required. Talent, sales aptitude, energy, and a proven track record of success in past positions will be given priority.
- A self-starter

Compensation:
- Compensation is based on a draw against sales team commissions.
