A Day in the Life:
Your role centers around overseeing branch operations. You promote our credit union's culture by nurturing employee development, offering coaching and training, and ensuring the team upholds our Service Promises. Your responsibilities include monitoring branch performance, crafting the annual operating budget, making recommendations for enhancements, and contributing to the development of branch policies, procedures, goals, and efficiencies. Your commitment to delivering exceptional member service to every member, every time, is paramount.
Qualifications for Branch Management:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of two years of management experience
- Highly organized and capable of excelling in a high-volume environment
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to stay informed about current business trends through periodicals and professional journals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for all levels within the credit union
