**Schedule:** Mon, Tue, Wed: 7:00 am - 5:30 pm; Thu 8:30 am - 7:00 pm, Fri 7:30 am - 1:00 pm, occasional Saturdays 7:30 am - 3:00 pm

**How Youll Make a Difference**

As a **Patient Coordinator** , you will report to the Manager and perform daily front-office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, youll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

+ Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards

+ Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection

+ Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing

+ Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset

+ High regard for time management

+ Organized and detail-oriented
