Essential Responsibilities & Activities: As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies to enhance the brand's market presence and profitability. You will be managing relationships with marketing agencies, driving branding initiatives aligned with business goals, and coordinating product launches from a brand perspective. This position will be part of the team that builds customer relationships, sales and marketing activities of IAV, build on a global network of experts within IAV. Develop and execute brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term. Plan and execute different branding initiatives aligning with the company's business goals. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the brand consistency across various channels. Develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with the brand strategy and lead to increased brand awareness. Involve in organizing events and exhibits for IAV Inc., including logistics, attendees, and post-event evaluations. Analyze brand performance through various metrics and conduct market research to track, report and understand the competitive landscape. Coordinate and support product development and launches from a brand perspective. Assist in developing and implementing direct marketing, online engagement and content creation strategies. Manage and nurture relationships with marketing agencies, ensuring coordination and alignment of objectives, budgets and timelines. Lead brainstorming sessions with creative teams and guide them in the creation of brand presentations and promotional materials. Other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field. Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in brand management. Proficient in the latest marketing trends and best practices in brand development. Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and introduce fresh ideas. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage events and multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, leadership, presentation skills, interpersonal, organizational skills, and the ability to liaise effectively with other departments and organizations. Proven ability to work cross-functionally within an organization and manage partnerships with external agencies. Proficiency in brand analysis and coordinated campaign execution. Creative thinker with a strong sense of market trends and consumer behavior.
