Job Description:

The Human Resources Assistant will directly assist the Human Resources team with a wide variety of projects related to HR compliance, recruiting, onboarding/orientation, employee benefits and other HR tasks.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinating pre-employment background and drug screens for new hires

* Preparing materials for new hire orientation and on-boarding of new hires

* Supporting special projects related to compliance, employee engagement and process improvements

* Assist with recruiting, scheduling interviews

* Filing

* Facilitating and tracking mandatory trainings

Education and Experience:

* High school diploma/GED

* 0-1 years related experience

Skills and Knowledge:

* Excellent internal and external customer service skills

* Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize with changing situations

* Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information

* Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Work, Excel and PowerPoint and other computer applications

Descripcin del trabajo:

El Asistente de Recursos Humanos ayudar directamente al equipo de Recursos Humanos con una amplia variedad de proyectos relacionados con el cumplimiento de recursos humanos, reclutamiento, incorporacin/orientacin, beneficios para empleados y otras tareas de recursos humanos.

Responsabilidades:

* Coordinar exmenes de antecedentes y drogas previos al empleo para nuevos empleados.

* Preparacin de materiales para la orientacin de nuevos empleados y la incorporacin de nuevos empleados.

* Apoyar proyectos especiales relacionados con cumplimiento, compromiso de los empleados y mejoras de procesos.

* Ayudar con el reclutamiento, programar entrevistas.

* Presentacin

* Facilitacin y seguimiento de capacitaciones obligatorias.

Educacin y experiencia:

* Diploma de preparatoria / GED

* 0-1 aos de experiencia relacionada

Habilidades y conocimientos:

* Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente interno y externo.

* Gran atencin al detalle, buenas habilidades organizativas y capacidad para priorizar situaciones cambiantes.
