Job Description

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Consultant to install and support ourPRO.FILEsoftware at client sites. As an IT Infrastructure Consultant specializing inPRO.FILEsolutions, you will play a vital role in the installation and ongoing support of our software solution for new and existing customers. You will collaborate closely with project teams, working together to ensure a smooth transition from initial installation to productive operation of thePRO.FILEsoftware
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful installation and productive operation of thePRO.FILEsoftware solution for new customers.
Provide support and assistance to existing customers in planning and implementing updates to thePRO.FILEsystem.
Engage with customers to capture and discuss their IT-related requirements within the context ofPRO.FILE, offering valuable insights and solutions.
Develop comprehensive IT concepts focused on PLM within on-premise and cloud infrastructures.
ExecutePRO.FILEinstallations, including initial setups, extensions, and updates, in customer environments.
Qualifications

Fluent in German (C1) and English
Experience with IT products in technical environment
Experience with databases, networks, and IT security (e.g. MS-SQL Server)
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Additional Information
