Responsibilities:

Primarily focused on collecting, maintaining, managing, interpreting and analyzing data received from internal data and external data sources. Evaluates data integrity to identify potential concerns and opportunities for process improvements. Key responsibilities further include: Analyzing data using statistical methods; crafting reports to illustrate findings and recommendations; Building statistical models, Evaluating business requirements to identify new and changing reporting needs; Performing quality testing and validation of data sets; and presenting data, ideas, and analysis results to business leadership to aid in identifying opportunities and risk exposure. Will support on key projects and may lead smaller projects.

Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, statistics, computer science, information technology, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a data analyst or relevant role. Strong analytical capabilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and various business intelligence and analytical tools.

Behaviors: Interpersonal skills with the ability to distill sophisticated subjects to a wider audience. Excellent leadership, collaboration, and project management skills. Keen attention to detail.
