Patient Care Oversee the preparation and dispensation of medications, ensuring accuracy, safety, and the highest standards of care. Collaborate with healthcare providers to customize and optimize medication regimens for patients receiving home infusion therapies. Provide medication therapy management, patient counseling, and education related to home infusion therapies. Leadership & Team Management Lead, train, and mentor pharmacy staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient team. Promote continuous learning, keeping the team updated on the latest in home infusion therapies and technologies. Address any staff concerns, conflicts, or performance issues in a timely and professional manner. Stakeholder Collaboration Liaise with healthcare professionals, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and quality care. Represent White Plains, NY branch in professional and industry forums, sharing knowledge and networking with peers in the home infusion space. Qualifications: A valid Pharmacist license in the state of New York. Extensive experience (5+ years preferred) in the home infusion space. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing a pharmacy team. Strong understanding of state and federal pharmacy regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
