About You

Job Responsibilities:
Maintain subcontractor partnerships while actively recruiting

additional

subs.
Foster

a strong team

culture where all individuals are working towards the same

objectives

.
Lead weekly team construction meetings.
Review projects sold and

calculate

material orders.
Coordinate all warranty claims and/or repairs on previously installed projects.
Uphold System Pavers standards for

installs

and customer service.
Become proficient in

System Pavers CRM system and new features / implementations.
100% in office or in the field.
Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred)

Experience

& Skills:
Experience as

a

senior project manager or construction manager

preferred

.
Experience with masonry (concrete, stonework, interlocking pavers)

preferred

.
Must be customer service oriented

.
Positive

can do attitude is critical

.
Excellent organizational skills.
Valid drivers license meeting company insurance guidelines

.
Competitive

salary of $75k + overrides/

commissions/bonuses
