Job Description:
We are excited to offer the opportunity for a Supervisors Manager in our Reconstruction department. This role is perfect for individuals within our company who have demonstrated strong work ethic and a desire to expand their skills in restoration services. The successful candidate will oversee all reconstruction projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage and coordinate all aspects of reconstruction projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Team Management: Lead the reconstruction supervisors, providing guidance and support, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Safety Training and Compliance: Ensure all team members adhere to our stringent safety protocols.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients and other stakeholders, providing regular updates.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality controls to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement efficiency improvements within the department.
  • Leadership and Development: Provide mentorship and support professional growth of team members.
  • Company Representation: Uphold and promote Dansel Restoration’s values in all professional interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in restoration or construction management is preferred.
  • Experience in construction.
  • Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
