Adecco Group- Sr. HR Data Analyst

About the role

The Sr. HR Data Analyst driving strategic insights through People Analytics. This role is responsible for leveraging data-driven insights to enhance our organization's human resources strategies. This position will work closely with HR business partners and other stakeholders across North America to develop and implement analytics solutions that drive informed decision-making across the employee lifecycle.

What you'll be doing

People Analytics:

* Work closely with HR business partners and business leaders to understand business objectives and challenges and propose data-driven solutions.

* Compile, analyze, synthesize, and prepare executive summaries involving HR data, financial reporting, and Business analytics to facilitate data driven decision-making.

* Build and maintain Human Resources tracking systems and dashboards, including weekly FTE dashboard, retention reporting, quality of hire dashboard, spans and layers reporting, onboarding and training trackers, leadership matrix, org charts etc.

* Analyze workforce trends, employee engagement and other HR metrics from multiple sources to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.

* Implement a standard approach to reporting HR data in partnership with the People Services Leadership team and other stakeholders.

* Identify opportunities and implement solutions for process improvement

Data Governance:

* Ensure compliance with data governance policies to maintain the quality and confidentiality of HR data.

* Partner with IT and other stakeholders to ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.

Continuous Improvement:

* Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in HRIS and People Analytics.

* Propose and implement improvements to enhance HR processes and data-driven decision-making.

About you

* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience preferred

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

* Proficient MS Suite and experience working with other HR applications, HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and People Analytics tools.

* Excellent project management and communication skills.

* Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations.
