Currently seeking a skilled and motivated Tax Accountant to join an experienced team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax preparation, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of tax-related projects and collaborate with experienced professionals in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Assist clients with tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to address tax-related inquiries and provide guidance.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and educate clients on potential impacts.
  • Collaborate with senior tax professionals to resolve complex tax issues and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Assist with tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proficiency in tax preparation software and MS Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality in handling tax information.
