This position is temp to hire in a trendy business environment. The position is located in Griffin and is an onsite position. You must live close to the area for consideration. salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Research, analyze, and evaluate lead data to determine if a lead is qualified.
  • Load new leads in the client resource management (CRM) software.
  • Proactive prospecting and lead generation of new clients.
  • Cold call prospective clients.
  • Answer the incoming phone lines
  • Monitor Sales Email
  • Assist in turning leads into closed sales.
  • Efficiently handle in/out bound telephone and email traffic.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service: interact with external and internal clients alike, assess their needs and fulfill them.
  • Collaborate with manager to improve processes.
Office Administrator:

  • Assist in setting up vendor meetings with the Director of Project Management
  • Maintain and order all office supplies.
  • Create a vending area order list and maintain vending area. All money collected to be given each Thursday evening to the Director of Credit & Accounting.
  • Responsible for evaluating and assisting people at the front door via the front door camera.
  • Assist in lunch orders for internal meetings.
  • Assist the Director of Business Development and Sales Administration with the execution of the Innvision annual sales meeting.
  • Disperse all packages that arrive at the front door.
  • Perform other related duties as required or requested.
