Summary:
The Financial Analyst at Meitheal Pharmaceuticals will play a vital role in supporting financial planning activities, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans. Reporting to the Associate Director of FP&A, the incumbent will collaborate with business leaders and Cost Center Managers to analyze results and projections, striving to maximize profitability for the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in developing annual plans and quarterly forecasts on portfolio profitability and departmental operating expenses.
Conduct day-to-day finance activities, including monthly variance analysis, ad hoc analysis, report generation, and financial system maintenance.
Utilize data-driven insights to enhance overall business performance and provide recommendations to management.
Prepare analysis for monthly financial reporting, synthesizing information into actionable items.
Support various stakeholders with Tableau data visualizations and reports.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or a related field.
Nice to have:
Additional relevant advanced degree(s) and/or certification(s) preferred, such as CPA/MBA.
Proficiency in data mining, variance reporting, databases, and creating reports in BI tools.
Previous experience in Finance roles within the pharmaceutical industry, with exposure to Gross to Net and S&OP challenges.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience with ERP systems and Business Intelligence Tools.
Ability to optimize data analytics to drive business decisions efficiently.
