Aurora Ripple Enterprises is a growing, privately owned sales and marketing company in the area that serves over 5,000 customers regionally. We are currently seeking a collaborative and solution-oriented individual to join our client marketing and sales support team Our Client Support Representative role is a full-time position.

If you are a team player and sports enthusiast, this is the place for you- we thrive off of competition and the growth of our team members. Ultimately, we are looking for a friendly and driven Client Support Representative who likes to venture out of their comfort zone and talk with our clients about our many products and services. Client Support Representatives are the initial point of contact for local consumers and assist in the marketing and sales of current products and services by providing product information, solutions, and customer service.

Client Support Representative Responsibilities:

  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions
  • Handling order-related questions, inquiries, sales, and requests from customers
  • Recommends products that will meet customers' needs
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer engagement and sales metrics
  • Contributes to Client Support team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Maintaining current knowledge of products offered by clients
  • Perform all other duties related to the Client Support Representative role as assigned
Requirements of a Client Support Representative:
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Retail, Sales, Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Product knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem-solving, Resolving Conflict, Multi-tasking
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Support company values and standards of integrity
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism
  • Must be able to function as part of the Client Support Representative team as well as independently
