Responsibilities Client Engagement:

Collaborate with businesses to assess their insurance needs and offer customized solutions. Inbound Inquiries:

Handle incoming inquiries efficiently, addressing client questions and concerns promptly. Policy Analysis:

Evaluate client portfolios to recommend appropriate insurance coverage that aligns with their business objectives. New Business Development:

Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the agency's client base through proactive sales efforts. Relationship Management : Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention. Continuous Education:

Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide up-to-date advice and support to clients.

Requirements Licenses : Possession of relevant insurance licenses, such as a Commercial Property & Casualty License, is a plus, but not a MUST Experience : Previous experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field is beneficial. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. Client-centric Approach : Strong dedication to meeting and surpassing client needs and expectations. Adaptability : Proven ability to thrive in a hybrid remote work environment while maintaining productivity and teamwork. Team Collaboration:
