This leadership position will drive operational performance of production activities as they apply to the manufacture of electromechanical clutch and brake products, for industrial and aerospace / defense applications. Responsibilities include hands-on leadership of the Regal Rexnord Business System, which enables continuous improvement throughout the value stream. Oversee activities of assigned production associates and work with peers across the entire operation.The right candidate will drive a culture of Continuous Improvement while achieving year over year performance improvement. The person in this role will actively lead Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost performance to exceed our stakeholders' expectations and enable profitable growth in the value stream.
