Ability to produce reports and correspondence. Ability to conduct business with attention to ethical considerations, College policies and procedures, and accreditation guidelines. A willingness to follow high ethical standards. Education/Experience: Master’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent (Required) Minimum of five (5) years of experience at a post-secondary education institution (Preferred) Minimum of one (1) year experience in a supervisory role (Preferred) Supervisory Responsibilities: Program Directors, support staff, and others at the direction of the Campus President/Director. PHYSICAL DEMANDS : The physical demands are those required in a typical professional office setting: communicating with coworkers and getting to and from appropriate on and off-campus appointments. WORK ENVIRONMENT : Professional office setting: moderate noise levels and controlled indoor climate.
