**Expected salary range of $55,800 to $62,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).**

**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION**

Perform entry-level Human Resources related duties and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, training, employment, labor relations, affirmative action, recruitment and employment equity programs. Works under direct supervision, reporting to the Manager, Human Resources.

**PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**

+ Partner with Senior Human Resources Business Partner and/or Human Resources Managers to communicate and administer various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.

+ Support recruitment activity as needed in partnership with talent acquisition.

+ Facilitate and/or provide training and orientation to the workforce.

+ Administration of HR objectives, policies and procedures.

+ Provide transactional support of employee and organizational changes.

+ Provides coaching and counseling to business to resolve employee issues, under the director of the Senior Human Resources Business Partner.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**

+ 4-year degree in Human Resources or related field and a minimum of 0-2 years of Human Resources experience.

+ Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is in consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law.

+ Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.

+ Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.

+ Works effectively and relates well with others, including superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company. The employee exhibits a professional manner in dealing with others and works to maintain constructive working relationships.

+ Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company.
