Position Details:

The Traveling Optometrist will work under the direction of the Clinical Operations team to provide coverage for Infinite's client facilities that are experiencing a transition in coverage. This individual will be assigned to these facilities to provide optometry care to the assigned patients during this transition until the newly assigned provider is credentialed and placed. Infinite Group will provide all necessary resources for licensure and cover all travel-related expenses, as the Traveling Optometrist focuses on providing excellent care to the patient.

Responsibilities:
  • Travel to geriatric facilities that are under the care of Swift Optometry, and perform optometry services for the assigned patients
  • Receive licensure in various states where you will provide coverage for facilities during a transition to new providers.
Qualifications:
  • A licensed Doctor of Optometry
  • Licensed in at least one of the following states; MO, MD, NE - with the capability to be licensed in multiple states
  • Experience working with Geriatric patients
  • Excited by a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
  • The ability to travel on a regular basis, to and from multiple facilities according to the assigned schedule
  • Innovative, proactive, and entrepreneurial
  • Not on the Officer of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Salary Range: $200,000 per annum + Productivity Bonus
