InStride Health is transforming pediatric mental healthcare. Our mission is to provide desperately needed, insurance-based access to virtual treatment that works for kids and teens with mod/severe anxiety & OCD. Through this mission, we are expanding access to care, increasing engagement in treatment, and improving treatment outcomes. We are doing this by combining research-backed clinical care and innovative technology to eliminate the major problems with care today: difficulty finding providers, months of waiting to be seen, arduous onboarding processes, and inconsistent use of evidence based therapies and outcomes tracking.

About The Role
Looking for a company that embraces new technology? Would you like to be an early part of a company with lots of growth potential? InStride Health seeks a talented Product Manager to join our nascent product team. We are a dynamic team of entrepreneurial and clinical professionals with backgrounds in healthcare and technology creating a virtual behavioral health company that combines the best in human-based care augmented by data science and artificial intelligence. You will be instrumental in building robust and scalable software products for our end users, including adolescent patients, their families, as well as InStride clinical staff.
Responsibilities
You will be an active and instrumental member of the Product Team, which is charged with creating the right digital experiences to delight our users (patients and families as well as InStride clinical staff)
You will synthesize product vision, customer feedback, engineering, and design capabilities to contribute to a shared vision roadmap, prioritize, plan initiatives and build amazing software products
You will collaborate with designers, engineers, operations and clinical staff to create and validate solutions to address user needs
You will conduct user research with staff, patients, and their families through frequent research and testing
You will perform analysis to inform, measure, and iterate on product development
You will use both quantitative and qualitative data as evidence to support your product recommendations
What You Need To Succeed In The Role
5+ years of software product management experience using agile methodologies
Experience building complex web-based and mobile software applications
Experience working with product roadmaps, prioritization, sprints, stand-ups
Experience gathering actionable customer feedback
Experience being the mediator of customers, marketing/sales, and business stakeholders
Experience coordinating among design and engineering teams (experience coordinating with data science teams a plus)
Experience creating documentation and user guides
Flexible and open to change and new information, utilizing an entrepreneurial mindset
Strong empathy for end users
You collaborate well with others and are dedicated to the company's success
Experience with business intelligence tools is a plus
Experience at a scaling startup is a plus
Knowledge of healthcare and behavioral health is a plus
