B&T USA is looking to hire a skilled CNC Programmer to operate and maintain our CNC equipment. The CNC mill programmer is responsible for programming from prints and solid models using company software; Fusion 360, Mastercam, Esprit preferred 2020/TNG. This position will require the CNC mill programmer to choose appropriate tooling, set up parts in the machine, and do first article pc inspections. You will also make adjustments as needed when turned over to production team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ability to program 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC mills Set up, adjust, and operate all the basic machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools to perform precision machining operations. Be a part of maintaining machines. Reviews drawings, instructions, blueprints, or samples to ensure accurate production. Selects appropriate machine and settings for a given task. Plan the sequence of necessary actions for the timely completion of jobs and communicate to management team members of any issues that affect the completion. Ability to take accurate measurements to properly cut and shape materials to match blueprints and specifications. Monitor all machines while working and identify any needs for adjustments. Adhering to any policies as set forth by the management team. Understand and ensure compliance with all regulations concerning the department. Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff by following established safety standards. Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime. Communicate with vendors, management personnel, customers, and technical experts as necessary to coordinate manufacturing needs and resolve any issues efficiently. Essential duties as needed Required Education/Experience

High school diploma or GED Previous work experience as a CNC programmer Extensive experience with computer modeling software Completion of a technical or associate degree program a plus Physical Requirements
