Precision Programmer

B&T USA, LLC is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and operating our CNC equipment, ensuring accurate production and minimal downtime.

• Program 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC mills using company software, such as Fusion 360, Mastercam, and Esprit.
• Set up, adjust, and operate machine tools to perform precision machining operations.
• Maintain machines and ensure they are in good working condition.
• Review drawings, instructions, and blueprints to ensure accurate production.
• Select appropriate machine and settings for a given task.
• Plan the sequence of necessary actions for the timely completion of jobs and communicate with management team members of any issues that affect completion.
• Take accurate measurements to properly cut and shape materials to match blueprints and specifications.
• Monitor machines while working and identify any needs for adjustments.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure compliance with all regulations concerning the department.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff by following established safety standards.
• Evaluate machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.
• Communicate with vendors, management personnel, customers, and technical experts as necessary to coordinate manufacturing needs and resolve any issues efficiently.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous work experience as a CNC programmer.
• Extensive experience with computer modeling software.
• Completion of a technical or associate degree program is a plus.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs unassisted.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Frequently required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop or crouch.
