As a member of the development team, you would be responsible for delivering end-to-end software solutions that fulfill both customer and project needs. This includes writing clean, readable, and reusable code, testing, deploying to end users, and providing support when needed. The position also includes reviewing code, assessing requirements, ensuring software quality, designing solutions, and responding promptly to internal/external client requests. Development takes place in a fast-paced agile environment that adjusts to meet the requirements of various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Handle development work for enhancements and bug fixes on existing projects or new projects

  • Develop and document internal systems, business logic, and 3 rd party integrations

  • Participate in planning sessions t o estimate work and clarify requirements

  • Manage code changes using Git version control

  • Review and provide feedback on code changes implemented by team members

  • Participate in group design sessions

  • I dentify issues in existing software and plan resolutions

  • R efactor code to improve software reliability and code quality

  • Work with internal support teams to coordinate the application deployments

  • Troubleshoot issues reported in production environments

  • Communicate work item statuses, issues, and successes to management

  • Assist in testing and approv ing of new code

Qualifications

  • BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

  • 4+ years of .NET development experience using C# , JavaScript, and SQL

  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of web-based applications, object - oriented programming, and relational database management systems

  • Strong independent development skills

  • E ffective written and verbal communication , both technical and non-technical

  • Intermedi ate knowledge of C# , JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc.

  • Intermediate knowledge of A SP.NET Web Forms , .NET Framework, .NET Core , Web API , etc.

  • Intermediate knowledge of M icrosoft SQL Server and Entity Framework

  • Basic knowledge of Agile development, Git, Azure, and Azure DevOps

  • W illingness to learn and develop new skills as needed
