Position Summary: This Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy of TKOs SEC filings. This role will also support the Companys lease accounting process as well as assist in the coordination and preparation of financial statements for our statutory audits. This role will interact with members of the Finance & Accounting team, and also with other employees across business lines, including exposure to senior management. Essential Functions: Prepare and assist in various financial reporting functions, including financial statement footnote support, analytics, etc. Support the lease accounting process for WWE including review of contracts, creation of amortization schedules and preparation of monthly journal entries and reconciliations. Assist in the preparation of information in support of TKOs annual audit and quarterly reviews, as well as WWEs statutory audits. Work closely with external auditors during the annual audit and quarterly reviews. Collaborate closely with the finance and operational teams to enhance policies and processes surrounding financial reporting and lease accounting. Develop a high level of expertise in the companys accounting software, JD Edwards (JDE) and Hubble reporting software. Other duties, including special projects and analysis for senior management, as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a CPA or Masters degree in Accounting/Finance highly preferred. At least 3 years of progressive experience in accounting, preferably within a public company or a public accounting firm. Understanding of SEC, GAAP and SOX compliance is essential. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel, is a must. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with all levels of the organization and external partners. Self-motivated and proactive; able to function in a fast paced, dynamic environment and still pay close attention to details. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and periodic long days. Ability to travel periodically for work. Ability to maintain discretion and confidential information.
