+ Find people who can handle the middleware piece and we are looking for someone working on device software (here is your component and figuring out the architectural complexity)

+ Heavy C++ developers and need object-oriented ability and ability to understand the relationships between components.

+ 20% from scratch and 80% understanding existing system
